Jennifer Richards Wilson is a transformational force with a global calling. As the visionary founder of Activate Core, she has dedicated her life to helping people rediscover purpose, rise above limitations, and walk boldly into their divine assignments.
With over 20 years of impact as a Jamaican educator, international speaker, certified Christian life coach, and author of six transformational books, Jennifer is celebrated for her unique ability to blend faith, strategy, and healing into life-changing encounters. Her coaching is not transactional — it’s transformational.
Driven by a deep passion to empower others emotionally, spiritually, and professionally, Jennifer established Activate Core as a global movement with four dynamic arms:
Transforming Lives Coaching Centre – for holistic coaching and personal development
Transform Global Services – offering international training, consultancy, and partnership initiatives
Transform Leadership Foundation – equipping leaders and authors for global impact

Our Journey
What began in Jamaica as a vision to offer Christian coaching and mentorship has grown into a dynamic, international movement. Activate Core is now registered in Jamaica (St. Thomas) and Beijing, China, serving clients and communities through virtual programs, global collaborations, and faith-based impact.
From virtual book tours to leadership summits, HOPE conferences, and healing communities, we continue to expand our reach while staying true to our heart: holistic transformation rooted in faith, vision, and resilience.
